All products we offer on our website are in-stock and orders are shipped out within 1 to 3 days, 48 hours on average. We acknowledge that occasionally a particular oil may be back-ordered, but our buying system minimizes the duration of delay. We then ship all orders with US Postal Priority Mail to ensure safe and speedy delivery. We purchase our pure Aromatherapy Essential Oils in bulk and then bottle and label ourselves - cutting out the 'middle men' that many retail aromatherapy companies use. Our bulk purchasing and our low overhead allow us to provide our premium quality products at lower prices - passing the savings on to our customers. All of our Essential Oil Blends are carefully blended by our staff as well.

You may order securely online 24 hours a day. Our regular business hours are 7 am to 7 pm Pacific Time. We are also open on weekends, and weekend hours vary.
If you have a special request, such as needing rush processing of your order, we are happy to help you. You can send us an email or call us once you've placed your order, and we can usually do this for you. There is NO additional charge for rush processing.

2) Is this company legitimate, are they real?

We are headquartered in Renton, Washington, and all aspects of your entire transaction from beginning to end is all done here by us, there is no outsourcing, no calling centers, no third parties (no distributors, brokers, agents), etc..
3) How long will it take to get my order?
On average, orders ship out within 2 business day. We usually list “1-3 business days” on the website home page because sometimes, like Monday’s after a busy weekend, orders will ship out on the second or third business day. We ship all orders with US Postal Priority Mail which has a transit time of only 2-3 days anywhere within the continental USA. In the rare instance when there is a back-order on a particular item we will notify you by email and give you an update as well as the option to cancel. In these rare cases of back-orders they are usually just an extra day or two. Lastly, when your order ships out you will receive an automated email confirming shipment of your order, and an email with your personal Priority Mail tracking number.
If you have a special request or need an order processed quickly (just need it ASAP, a gift, etc.) just give us a call or send us an email. Usually if you call or email us and ask us for rush processing we can bump your order up to the top of the order pile and get it shipped out even faster (at no additional charge).
