Wholesale, Coupons, & Discount Information:
It can be confusing when you see some Aromatherapy sites say "Wholesale Only" and advertise "Wholesale Prices", yet anyone can surf up with their computer and buy. Sure, some will have you fill out a little form giving them your name, address and email address, then you receive an email saying "you have been approved" to shop at their site. Clearly "Wholesale" is a term that is being abused to trick some shoppers into thinking they are getting special pricing that is exclusively available to a select few.
With the development of the online/internet worldwide and nationwide market, the old "Wholesale" term and system is outdated. Reality is that if you have a credit card everyone has access to the same pricing, fact. Some may have limitations such as requiring a minimum order amount, but for the most part anyone can shop and buy anywhere online these days. A store or supplier is not going to turn away an online customer with credit card in hand simply because he is not operating as a corporation or unwilling to hand over his Tax ID # and credit history, of course not. - We give you real and visible discount pricing, no tricks, gimmicks or false "wholesale" exclusivity claims.
We regularly have customers ranging from Aromatherapy Practitioners (massage, yoga, dentists, physical & mental therapy, etc.), to Home Businesses, to Salons & Spas, or simply individuals who buy and use a lot of Aromatherapy products, contact us about Wholesale Pricing for our Essential Oils & Aromatherapy Products. Based on the old fashioned 'wholesale' system, they naturally want to receive better pricing for quantity purchasing, for their business or licensed classification, and feel that if the term 'wholesale' is used they are receiving exclusive and better pricing. We do appreciate the fact that someone has started their own business, has received their practitioners license, owns a spa or salon, etc., you do deserve the best pricing, we just take it one step further and offer 'like wholesale' discount pricing to everyone, and do it in a way that is clear, easy to understand, and visible.
Our system is set up to offer 'like wholesale' discounted pricing in two ways. First, as the size of your Essential Oils increases, the cost per ml & ounce decreases, the larger the size - the lower the cost per ml & oz. These size discounts can be very significant. Second, to give further discounts to those who order in larger amounts we have created a wholesale coupon system where customers can receive instant "real time" discounts on orders of $200 or more. So even if you are not ordering larger 16 oz sizes, but lots of smaller items, you still can receive discounted pricing. This coupon code system is easy to use and provides instant savings to those ordering $200 or more per order.
This may not be 'Wholesale' in the old traditional way where you give out your Federal Tax ID #, give referrals and credit history, and then receive the 'secret & confidential wholesale price list', or the 'private login password', but it is a fair and effective way to give 'like wholesale' pricing discounts to everyone. You don't have to be an incorporated business to receive these discounts, we are not going to ask for your Tax ID number, and we are not going to run your credit history. Our pricing & discount structure is open to the public.
Our business plan is simple. Sell the highest quality Essential Oils with a low profit markup so the customer is getting a good deal. Lower profit margins, but more customers, plus low overhead, will equal success over time. And, Aromatherapy customers are the best customers because they aren't 'one-time-buyers', Aromatherapy shoppers are customers who are going to be ordering products regularly, either from your company or another - periodically forever, .....and as long as you keep your quality high, your prices low, and the customer service great you will earn your customers loyalty, and their business. It's that simple.
So, in summary, keep in mind:
1) The larger the size you order, the lower the per ml/oz cost.
2) If your order exceeds $200 or more, use the wholesale coupon codes.
3) Keep in mind that our prices are already low, so the discounts can be considered 'extra' savings.
HOW TO USE THE COUPON CODES: Simply enter the coupon code when you are done adding items to your cart, just when you begin the the shopping cart checkout process, and the corresponding amount ($25, $50, $75, or $100) will be automatically deducted from your total before payment. At the very beginning of the shopping cart checkout process the box will appear that reads "Coupon Code? Enter it Here", then simply type in the appropriate code from the list below, then click on the "Apply" button, and the amount will be immediately discounted from your total. If you enter the wrong coupon code, or modify your order after entering the coupon code, the shopping cart will alert you to the error and you can modify/correct it.

ALSO: remember we offer free custom labeling for you at no additional cost. If your order is for 20+ units (of same kind) we can put a custom label with your info on the bottles for you. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) We CANNOT retroactively apply coupon discounts to orders already processed and paid. In other words, if you place an order online and do not use a coupon, and later remember or later learn about the coupon program, we CANNOT - WILL NOT go back and apply the discount or refund the coupon value back to your order or credit card. No exceptions can be made.
2) The coupons are for single orders only. You cannot accumulate your total spent from separate orders and use a coupon. In other words, if you place an order for $190, then call us later and say you forgot to order a $15 product, this second separate order will not be applied/eligible towards earning a coupon discount. Also, you cannot call and say there was an error with the order total and ask for an adjustment, for example: say, "I put 2 bottles of Jasmine in my cart but there was only one charged". You will review your order before finalizing it, and adjustments afterward cannot be made to earn a coupon discount. No exceptions.
3) You can only use a single coupon and/or discount promotion per order. This includes other "% off" promotions that are being offered. As an example, if your purchase is $601.00, the $75 coupon can be used, but not the $75 plus the lesser coupons as well. The system will allow only one coupon per order, and if a customer is somehow able to use a second coupon either the order will not be processed or the customer may request to have one removed. Another example, if we have a '15% off sale for orders over $200', you cannot have this 15% off applied to your order and also use the other coupon code for $25 off orders over $200. Our system will usually prevent this, but should a customer somehow successfully use two discount promotions for the same order, the order will not be processed. *Shipping promotions CAN be used together with % off and $ off coupon/discount promotions.
4) All products are eligible for your total order price and corresponding coupon with the exception of bulk (100 - 500+ units) Nasal Inhalers. The shopping cart coupon system will allow you to apply the coupon with a bulk Nasal Inhaler order simply because the system will not allow us to exempt a single product, but if a coupon is incorrectly used/applied by the customer we will contact the customer to notify them the coupon will not be honored and an adjustment to their purchase total will be made. Again, this applies ONLY to bulk Nasal Inhalers, all other products are eligible for the coupon discounts.
