Our ordering & shopping cart system is very efficient and keeps you updated at all times. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been successfully received and processed, then you will receive another email with your tracking number when your order ships. At any time you can login to our website and check the status of your order and all related information such as exactly what you ordered, what day and time it shipped, etc.. So the combination of our secure shopping cart and order management system, & the reliable US Postal Priority Mail 2 to 3 day transit to delivery time, you will never be wondering where your order is, - you will always know the status of your order and when to expect it.
Orders ship with US Postal PRIORITY MAIL which has a transit/delivery time of just 2-3 days anywhere within the continental USA.
If you need an order processed even faster you can call or email us and usually we can bump your order up to the top of the order list and get it shipped out much faster for you. Just call us or email us and we'll do rush processing for you at NO additional charge.
We only ship orders within the USA, no international orders including Canada are accepted.
All orders are very carefully packaged to ensure safe and undamaged delivery. Orders are always double checked by two 'sets of eyes' before it is sealed up for shipping, and we use quality, strong shipping materials to protect your items.
All shipments include either a USPS "Delivery Confirmation" or "Signature Confirmation" to ensure safe delivery (we provide these security features at no cost) and these special barcodes allow for tracking and proof of delivery when necessary. It is extremely rare for a package to go missing with US Postal Priority Mail. If they lose a shipment, it is our responsibility to replace it. Since all of our shipments have either "Delivery Confirmation" (a barcode that is scanned by your mail carrier upon delivery that confirms safe delivery to your address), or "Signature Confirmation" (signed for by a person at your address), it's almost impossible for them to lose a package, but we guarantee delivery, if your package is lost during shipping we will either reship your order or issue you a full refund.
We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses due to customs issues with oils.
We can ship to an alternate/different address other than your billing address. During the shopping cart checkout process you will be asked to provide a billing address and a shipping address so it's easy to do this.
If you are placing an order as a gift, the sales receipt will be mailed separately to the senders/buyers billing address and the recipient at the shipping address will not receive/see the sales receipt with prices, but will receive a packing slip which details the item name and size, but not the prices.
You will always know how much the shipping fee will be before you even begin shopping because we always use a flat rate shipping method. Customers pay a single and fixed flat rate for shipping their entire order. One flat rate for shipping the entire order, regardless of its size and weight, or it's location - as long as it's within the USA. This allows the customer to know the total shipping fee up front so there are no last minute tricks or surprises when you are 'checking out'. Since we do not add extra shipping fees for heavy items (such as carrier oils and larger oil sizes) you save money since the weight and size of your order does not affect the single flat rate shipping fee.
What if my order does not arrive in time? Delays sometimes happen, it could be that a particular oil was out of stock, or a shipment was misrouted/delayed while shipping with Priority Mail, etc.,..... So, to make you more comfortable we give all of our customers the right to return their sealed/unopened package to us for a 100% refund. Example: you place the order, but it arrives later than our advertised processing and shipping time, and you no longer want or need the order, we will accept it back for a full 100% refund. The only condition is that the package is still sealed (unopened so we can be assured it has not been tampered with).

Yes, our online shopping cart is very safe & secure, and is provided by Volusion Inc. with verified security certificates. The easiest way to know is when you are actually in the shopping cart checkout process you can look at the URL address bar at the top of your screen and you will see the address begins with HTTPS:// -The letter S represents and confirms security. For those more advanced, you can view the encryption verification certificate by clicking on the security certificate icon. Lastly, not only is your information encrypted, we do not see your full credit card number, only the last four digits of your card will appear/be viewable by our staff, for example: xxxx xxxx xxxx 1234.
