Cocoa Butter (Theobroma cacao)

This is high quality unrefined Cocoa Butter, and because it is unrefined it maintains a WONDERFUL natural Cocoa aroma. So it's not only great for the skin and hair, it has a wonderful aroma that is all natural.

Cocoa Butter is technically a wax with a thick consistency when not warmed. Simply soak the container in warm watter before mixing/blending, it softens easily.

Cocoa Butter has famous emollient qualities and absorbs quickly inot the skin's surface. It has a creamy consistency and is most often used in creams and moisturizers. It is good for all skin types, but keep in mind some are allergic to cacao/cocoa so you may want to test it on your skin first.

Cocoa butter is packaged in either 4 or 8 oz plastic double wall jars with screw on lids. Cocoa butter has a very long shelf life. Store in a cool and dry space.
